Job: Cleaner & Cook/Kitchenhand

Pay Rate: Starting at $31 per hour (Including Casual Loading)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Depending on business needs)

Responsibilities – Cleaner:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and other areas according to the motel standards and procedures
• Change bed linen, towels, and toiletries
• Replenish supplies and amenities
• Report any damages, defects, or maintenance issues
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Work in tandom with other cleaners and coordinate tasks

Responsibilities – Cook/Kitchenhand

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals to motel standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food prep areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Help with stock rotation and restocking supplies 
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Work as part of a team and support other kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items

Ideal:

• Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
